Sponsors Ad Listing

The sponsors Ads are located at the top of the right-hand column on the homepage.   There are 5 sponsor Ad slots available.   The top 3 sponsor Ads are static (they do not rotate), and are on a first come, first serve basis.   The 2 sponsor Ad slots below the static ads rotate with each new page load or browser refresh, and a maximum of 10 Ads rotate in 2 spots, minimum 20% Ad view.   If there are 10 current sponsor campaigns, two will be displayed on every page load, but all ten will rotate through with great frequency.
